Throughout this phase we will work closely to value engineer the project to meet your budget needs. 

One of the most important advantages of the design - build process is that it allow you to feel more confident about estimated cost and feel more secure about staying within your budget. In this phase, Olive Tree Custom Homes LLC Dba Olive Tree Design & Build will specify the most cost - effective materials and methods for construction.

At this point in the process, you've approved the design including floor plans, elevations and product selections and been given the budget for your project. Once you sign the construction agreement, a schedule is developed for the project and construction begins.

You won't experience the delay of putting your project "out to bid" between design and construction services because we manage the entire schedule from our initial conversation to the hammering of the final nail Olive Tree Design & Build process saves you valuable time and money!

We also work hard at keeping our clients informed and as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process, especially during construction. With many of our remodeling clients living in their homes during the construction period, we make a special effort to keep the work area safe, clean and contain dust and dirt form traveling to the rest of your house. Our goal is to make your home building or remodeling process easy, stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
