01

Initial Conversation

During our first meeting we focus on understanding how you live, not only what you want to build. We discuss the goals behind the project, the site, priorities, investment expectations, and the experience you want your home to create.

This conversation allows us to determine if the project and our process are aligned before moving forward into design.

02

Design Agreement

Once we agree to move forward, the project formally enters the design phase.

Here we translate the vision into Architecture - Studying the site, defining the layout, and establishing materials, proportions, and character.

Budget is considered from the beginning so decisions remain realistic and intentional.

This phase allows you to understand the home before its built, removing uncertainty from construction.

Design fees are separate from construction and allow the project to be fully defined prior to building.

Scope may include:

-Concept and Architectural direction

-Floor plans & spatial organization

-Exterior character & materials

-Interior selections & details

-3D visualization

-Preliminary budgeting

-Permit documentation

03

Construction Begins

With the design fully defined, construction begins under the same team that created the project.

Because the home was developed with real construction knowledge from the start, there is not reinterpretation, bidding gaps, or loss of intent. The drawings become a direct guide for building - allowing accuracy, control, and continuity.

You remain involved in the important decisions while we coordinate the details, schedule, and execution.

Our role during construction is to protect the design- ensuring materials, proportions, and craftsmanship match what was envisioned.

One vision. One Team. From concept to completion.

04

Move-in & Ongoing Care

Your home is prepared for you - cleaned, inspected, and carefully reviewed together.

We walk through the residence with you to understand how it lives, not only how it was built.

Lighting Scenes, systems, materials, and specs are explained so the house feels intuitive from the first day.

After you move in, our relationship continues.

We remain available to guide maintenance, adjustments, and future improvements as the home adapts to your life.

A well designed residence should age gracefully - and we stay involved to help it do so.

A home is not finished when construction ends. It begins when it is lived in.
